Q: Is the jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

A: Yes. All of our earrings are made with either sterling silver, silver plated or gold filled posts. Any of our charms or chains are silver plated or gold filled and will not cause a reaction to skin.

Q: When will my package be shipped?

A: All of our products are made to order, meaning that we make our products when we receive your order. The estimated time for shipping is up to 10 to 15 business days, and the estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 days.

Q: I broke or lost my piece. What do I do?

A: We are very stringent with providing refunds and replacements for broken or lost pieces. Each situation is evaluated on a case by case basis and is primarily met with store-credit.
